In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft meaningful player experiences, define key success metrics, and apply data-driven insights that guide our product development journey.</p><p>You’ll be part of a supportive, inclusive, and fun environment where learning, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged every day.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with teams to design and refine the <strong>economic and statistical systems</strong> of our games, focusing on player engagement and satisfaction.</li><li>Identify and track <strong>key metrics</strong> that reflect how our games and features perform.</li><li>Create <strong>models and simulations</strong> that help us understand and anticipate player needs.</li><li>Support <strong>regulatory compliance</strong> by validating models and ensuring standards are followed.</li><li>Develop <strong>reports and visual tools</strong> that highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Explore <strong>market and player insights</strong> to inspire future design decisions.</li></ul>
