Junior Product Designer
The Product Design team is a collaborative group of designers and researchers working across multiple locations, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams to create player-centred experiences at scale. The team is passionate about delivering high-quality, data-informed design solutions that balance user needs with business objectives. A strong focus is placed on craft, clarity of thinking, continuous improvement, and measurable impact. The team embraces modern tools and AI-enabled workflows to work more effectively, enhance collaboration, and drive innovation across the product experience.
- Deliver clear, usable, and accessible design work across web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, flows, and high fidelity designs using Figma.
- Use the Gaming design system and contribute suggestions for improvement.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and research insights.
- Work with Product Managers and Engineers to understand user problems and business goals.
- Break down problem spaces into clear and testable solutions.
- Develop an understanding of how user needs, technical constraints, and commercial goals intersect.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the design and delivery process.
- Participate in critiques and team rituals, seeking feedback and contributing ideas.
- Support clear documentation and handover to ensure design intent is delivered in build.
- Take ownership of your work by bringing clarity, asking thoughtful questions, and following through on delivery.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn from others and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Contribute design work that supports both player satisfaction and business performance.
- Develop an understanding of how your work aligns with team and company goals.

- Support research activities such as usability testing and insight gathering.
- Demonstrate a natural curiosity about our players, seeking to deeply understand their needs, motivations, behaviours, and pain points.
- Apply research findings to improve your design solutions, with a focus on influencing positive human behavioural change and delivering meaningful player outcomes.
- 1 to 3 years of experience designing digital products, or equivalent experience through internships, education, or strong portfolio work. (required)
- A portfolio that demonstrates structured thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail. (required)
- Comfortable using Figma and familiar with design systems. (required)
- Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset. (required)
- Able to manage your time across multiple tasks with guidance and support. (required)
- Interested in gaming, entertainment products, or complex consumer platforms. (preferred)
