Project Manager

Description

Aristocrat is seeking an ambitious and exceptionally skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from planning to release, including defining scope, priorities, deliverables, and success criteria with collaborators
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, IT, Scrum Masters, and business partners to build solutions, manage backlog priorities, and align business and technical needs
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, and resources, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies, proactively mitigating issues and addressing technical challenges
  • Serve as the main point of contact for collaborators, driving communication, alignment, and regular status updates
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, project meetings, and achievement reviews, and support release planning, testing, and delivery
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager handling complex, end-to-end projects with clients
  • Strong technical background (e.g., developer/system analyst/technical PM)
  • Practical experience collaborating directly with development and IT groups, including integrations and complex systems
  • Experience with Jira and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or similar)
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices
  • Proficient English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with partners at all levels
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach, with the ability to manage risks and resolve issues
