Sales Operations Specialist

Description

As a Sales Operations Specialist, your role is pivotal in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales force through sophisticated data insights and optimized processes. This role is subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals. As part of your employment with Aristocrat, you may be required to complete a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain licenses or registrations with applicable gaming regulatory authorities. Aristocrat operates in a highly regulated environment and holds licenses in over 340 gaming jurisdictions worldwide. To meet our global compliance obligations, you will be required to provide the disclosure of relevant personal and background information to government agencies, sovereign nations/tribal regulators, and other applicable gaming regulatory bodies. This is a condition of Aristocrat’s gaming licenses. The specific information required may vary depending on the jurisdiction and project assignment. At this time, we are unable to sponsor work visas for this position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and fine-tune CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to secure accurate data, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and refine sales workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Support implementation, training, and adoption of sales tools and technology.
  • Support deal desk activities by reviewing contracts, pricing, and promotion requests, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain sales enablement tools, dashboards, and documentation to improve team efficiency.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and identify areas of improvement for sales execution.
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to address gaps in the pipeline and forecast accuracy.
  • Track metrics to measure the efficiency of sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Ensure lead qualification and management, from the handoff of marketing and commercial strategy to sales follow-up.
  • Provide customer insights and feedback to advise product, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and prospects, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure effective lead follow-up and campaign tracking.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills enabling the establishment of rapport with clients and collaboration with internal teams.
  • An analytical approach with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Diligent with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and guidelines.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.
