Senior Associate Mobile Apps Operations

Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Associate, Mobile Apps Operations, to join our growing Mobile Applications Teams. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the full lifecycle of mobile apps' distribution in stores & configurations across platforms, such as IOS/Android. The role involves preparing submissions, invites, handling rejections, coordinating with internal teams, such as Tech/Product/Projects/Legal, external collaborators/clients, and ensuring results are aligned with deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare & submit mobile apps to relevant application stores (IOS/Android).
  • Writing relevant checklists & protocols around App submissions and configurations.
  • Supervise submissions and follow up on approvals or rejections.
  • Maintain a submission/release calendar to align timelines with projects. Regularly report on progress.
  • Store accounts creation with clients.
  • Drive the discovery phase of initiatives to ensure that mobile app requirements are fully considered, detailed and estimated.
  • Take initiative in coordinating activities related to our mobile app to guarantee they stay on track with agreed timelines.
  • Connect with collaborators to ensure all required assets and results are ready on time with the third party.
  • Keep up to date with app store guidelines and ensure compliance in every submission.
  • Support app configurations on third party tools.
Requirements
  • Previous experience with mobile apps and/or product operations background.
  • Familiarity with Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and work with tight deadlines.
  • Customer approach, know to express and share information accurately with external collaborators.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Understanding of mobile app release processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, include writing protocols and guides.
  • Experience with configurations and tracking tools (Nice to have)
  • Experience in the iGaming industry (Nice to have)
  • App store optimization (Nice to have)
  • App-tech background (Nice to have)
