Senior UX Designer
At Product Madness, we craft top-grossing social casino games that delight millions of players every day. We seek an experienced and motivated Senior UX Designer to join the team. As a Senior UX Designer, you'll take ownership of the UX for one of market leading games, designing and improving game features that meet player expectations and deliver clear, engaging experiences. You'll work closely with cross-disciplinary partners including Product, Art, UI, and Research, helping to deliver intuitive, delightful, and impactful experiences. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where your design decisions will reach a global audience and directly influence a leading mobile social casino game worldwide.
- Own UX design for new features and improvements, balancing player needs with product goals
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that communicate and validate design intent
- Partner with UX Researchers and leverage data insights to inform and iterate on designs
- Work closely with Product Managers, Art, and UI Designers to deliver cohesive, high-quality player experiences
- Maintain and evolve Heart of Vegas's design system alongside the team, ensuring consistent patterns and visual language across features
- Present and articulate build solutions to collaborators and integrate feedback effectively
- Work across different areas of the game to help deliver the best possible player experience
- Support the growth of UX craft within the team by sharing knowledge, tools, and guidelines
- 4-6 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Product Designer, or equivalent role
- A portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions, with examples of wireframes, flows, prototypes, and shipped features and their impact
- Strong proficiency with UX tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and design systems
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform and defend design decisions
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present and explain designs to technical and non-technical audiences
- A passion for mobile games and a curiosity about what makes them engaging and successful
- Bonus Points: Experience designing for mobile games or entertainment products, Familiarity with Unity or game development pipelines, Interest in social casino games or other mobile-first genres
