Global Revenue Analyst
We are looking for a motivated Global Revenue Analyst to join our growing Global Revenue team and support the company’s international operations and expansion. This is an ideal position for a driven financial professional interested in strengthening revenue accounting processes, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to high-quality financial reporting in a fast-paced, global environment. A key focus of this role is the end-to-end ownership of PSP (Payment Service Providers) related processes, including data collection, reconciliation, reporting, and communication with external providers, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all revenue-related financial activities.
- Own the end-to-end wallet processes, including data collection, report generation, reconciliation, and monitoring, ensuring accuracy and completeness of PSP-related financial information.
- Communicate and coordinate with PSP providers, to resolve discrepancies, validate data and ensure timely and accurate reporting flows.
- Prepare and review reconciliations related to revenue, players’ liability and PSPs, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Process and post accounting entries for revenue transactions, platform fees and PSP-related activities in the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Collect and analyze financial data from PSP providers and internal systems, supporting the preparation of general ledger entries and maintaining data reliability.
- Prepare supporting documentation for PSPs and revenue-related activities, facilitating both internal controls and external audit requirements.
- Monitor PSP balances and transactions, identifying discrepancies and initiating corrective actions to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with the Technology team to define and obtain required Financial reports, supporting accounting and regulatory reporting needs.
- Support the preparation of data for regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes, enhancing automation, efficiency and reporting quality.
- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting;
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, Audit & Assurance or a similar role;
- Experience with reconciliations and strong understanding of financial data flows;
- Familiarity with PSPs, payment flows or high-volume transactional environments will be considered a strong asset;
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Alteryx) will be considered an asset;
- Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and data accuracy;
- Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes and propose effective solutions;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes and meet tight deadlines;
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including interaction with external partners (PSPs) and internal teams (Finance, Tech, Compliance);
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
