Technical Project & Partner Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project & Partner Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at managing relationships with external development vendors and has a deep understanding of the technical project lifecycle within the iGaming industry. You will be the primary point of contact for our key partners, overseeing technology projects from initiation to completion and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. In addition, you will manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products, optimizing vendor performance, and mitigating associated risks. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in project and vendor management, and a passion for the online gaming world.

• Identify, evaluate, and select suitable vendors for IT projects and services.
• Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships by ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment with project goals.
• Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Evaluate vendor performance, identify areas for improvement, and address any performance issues.
• Manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.
• Ensure the delivery of required services or products within budget and timelines.
• Assess and onboard specialized AI technology partners, evaluating their agentic AI capabilities, integration readiness, and compliance with strict industry regulations.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, perform escalations when necessary and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure projects adhere to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their use in projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects—from proof-of-concept (PoC) to deployment—ensuring safety, data privacy, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Champion the adoption of AI-driven tools and agentic AI architectures (e.g., LLM-based autonomous agents) to automate repetitive workflows, optimize internal processes, and enhance overall delivery efficiency.
• May be responsible for managing a team of project coordinators, technical staff, or vendor management specialists.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
• Set performance expectations, provide improvement suggestions, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
• Manage team budgets and resources.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in IT project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Demonstrated experience (typically 3+ years) in vendor management, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
• Technical proficiency in relevant IT areas, such as software development, infrastructure, or systems integration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Knowledge of IT procurement processes and best practices.
• Practical experience or a strongly demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging Agentic AI frameworks
• Familiarity with the unique challenges of AI/ML project lifecycles, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and mitigating risks associated with autonomous system deployments
• A proactive approach to evaluating how cutting-edge technologies (like Generative AI) can solve traditional operational bottlenecks
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
