Video Surveillance Specialist
Are you ready to become our new Video Surveillance System Specialist? SoftConstruct is looking for a new team member. The work is shift-based / 12 hours.
- Check and monitor the operation of video surveillance systems, inform the relevant IT specialist about detected defects and problems, and report to the direct supervisor or shift leader.
- Conduct video surveillance monitoring to ensure the safety of work processes.
- Monitor company premises to detect unauthorized entries and vehicle movements.
- Analyze video footage and record violations of the work agenda, reporting to the relevant management.
- Check the employee entry and exit process to monitor data compliance.
- Monitor special events taking place on the premises, preparing video footage and accompanying reports if necessary.
- Submit reports and recommendations on video surveillance work for further action.
- Perform other functions assigned by the direct supervisor that are consistent with the job description and do not contradict the Labor Code.
- Higher education in technical or security fields is desirable.
- 1-2 years of work experience in video surveillance or security is desirable.
- Operational knowledge of video surveillance systems and technical equipment.
- Conscientious work in compliance with security and discipline requirements.
- Ability to solve problems and take prompt action to ensure work comfort.
- Ability to solve technical problems to respond quickly.
- Skill in working with employee entry/exit control systems and communication skills.
- Attention to detail for appropriate responses.
- Communication skills to establish effective cooperation within the team and with management.
- Ability to withstand stress and work in emergency situations.
- Commitment to the company's security and disciplinary policy.
- Time management skills to perform multitasking functions.
