Account Manager / Turkish Language

- Implement and monitor the processing of inquiries and applications addressed to the department
- Assist in managing an assigned portfolio of high-value customers by ensuring timely and effective communication across multiple channels (phone, email)
- Build trust and foster long-term relationships by identifying and addressing high-value customers' needs to enhance their engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Extract and analyze data on high-value customer behavior, preferences, and gaming habits to provide relevant promotional offers, incentives, and personalized bonus offers
- Proactively identify technical and software issues and implement customer retention strategies to maintain engagement and a seamless gaming experience
- Collect customer feedback and generate regular reports on service trends, emerging issues, and key metrics to drive tactical solutions and optimize service
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and customer support teams to develop personalized approaches for high-value customers, provide bonuses, and resolve technical issues
- Work closely with responsible gaming teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and maintain a safe gaming environment
- Fluent in Armenian, English, and Turkish is mandatory. Knowledge of any additional languages is an advantage
- Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- General understanding and knowledge of iGaming, sports betting, or casino operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Drive for tracking metrics and monitoring data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally, confidently, and adapt styles based on the situation
- Strong team player who remains calm and professional in stressful situations while collaborating effectively with colleagues
- Active listening and empathy to understand client needs, recognize emotions, address concerns, and build trust
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
