Customer Support Agent (French)
VBET is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues with a focus on French speaking customers. The role requires working in rotating shifts: morning and evening (10:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 02:00). The successful candidate will be working within a fast-paced, exciting, and highly productive environment. This is a demanding, responsible, varied, exciting and challenging role where a passion for customers, sport and betting is essential. In order to satisfy customers and offer them a great user experience, we’re looking for individuals with commercial awareness and strong communication skills.
- Deliver customer service through online and phone support
- Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests
- Inform customers about deals and promotions.
- Proficient user of French language both spoken and written
- Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner
- Curiosity and interest in digital products and applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
