PR & SMM Lead

We are looking for a strategic PR& SMM Lead to build, protect, and amplify the VBET story across the media landscape and digital search environments. As the PR & SMM Lead, you are the guardian of VBET’s global reputation. You will go beyond traditional PR to manage our "digital footprint," ensuring positive brand visibility and mitigating risks across regulated markets. You’ll be the voice of the brand to the press and the architect of our perception in search results.
- Develop and execute a cohesive PR roadmap that strengthens VBET’s credibility in both industry and mainstream media
- Build and nurture high-level relationships with journalists, editors, and key industry publications across our priority GEOs
- Monitor and manage brand presence in search results, implementing strategies to improve the share of positive mentions and sentiment
- Lead brand-led PR activations, cultural collaborations, and industry partnerships that elevate VBET beyond standard marketing
- Oversee the creation of press releases, executive interviews, and editorial placements that highlight our 10+ licenses and commitment to regulated gaming
- Proactively identify reputation risks and lead crisis communication efforts to protect the brand’s integrity
- Supervise external PR agencies and reputation management vendors to ensure global alignment and ROI
- 3+ years experience in PR, communications, or reputation management
- Experience in iGaming industry
- Experience managing media relations and brand storytelling
- Strong understanding of online reputation management (SERM)
- Experience launching brand partnerships or PR-led special projects
- Experience working with PR agencies and media networks
- Ability to coordinate multi-market communications
