Senior/Lead SEO Specialist
We are looking for a visionary and data-driven Senior / Lead SEO Specialist to drive our organic growth strategy to the next level. In this role, you will lead our SEO efforts, spearhead advanced technical optimizations, and mentor a talented team of specialists. - Develop and execute cutting-edge SEO strategies to boost organic rankings, visibility, and performance across large-scale websites
- Perform deep-dive SEO audits covering technical, on-page, and off-page architecture. Oversee advanced schema markup, structured data implementation, and Core Web Vitals optimization
- Partner closely with developers on website structure, page speed, and JavaScript SEO, as well as with UX, CRO, and product teams to maximize user engagement and conversion rates
- Manage complex international SEO initiatives, ensuring flawless execution of hreflang tags, geo-targeting, and multilingual content strategies
- Lead high-impact content optimization and authority-building strategies, including advanced internal linking and strategic backlink acquisition
- Supervise, guide, and upskill the internal SEO team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adherence to industry best practices
- Monitor key performance metrics, conduct deep data analysis, and present clear, strategic insights on SEO impact and ROI to senior management and stakeholders
- Continuous research, testing, and implementation of emerging SEO tactics and algorithm trends to keep us ahead of the competition
- Solid experience in enterprise-level SEO for large-scale websites with a deep understanding of site architecture and website migrations
- Strong expertise in Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering, structured data/schema, and advanced crawling diagnostics
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and other advanced SEO platforms
- A solid understanding of how SEO integrates with other digital marketing channels (PPC, social media, email marketing) to drive overall business goals
- Fluent English and Ukrainian/Russian languages
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire an SEO team, aligning day-to-day execution with high-level business objectives – nice to have
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to completion
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the agility to quickly adapt strategies to search engine algorithm updates
