Scrum Master

Description

We are looking for a talented Scrum Master for the Europebet brand who will be involved in different processes and help us deliver the best customer experience in the industry. Responsibilities
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments that block the team's progress, escalating to leadership when necessary.
  • Partner closely with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-refined, prioritized, and clearly understood by the development team.
  • Promote effective collaboration between developers, QA, designers, Product, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor team health and performance using Agile metrics and use insights to guide improvements.
  • Facilitate dependency management and coordination with other Scrum teams or cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead and support retrospectives that produce actionable improvements, and ensure follow-through on agreed actions.
  • Support onboarding of new team members into Agile ways of working.
  • Encourage a safe environment for open feedback, healthy conflict, and team accountability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or other technical field (required).
  • A Master's degree is considered an advantage (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience working as an SM/Agile Coach (required).
  • Strong knowledge of English language (both verbal and written) is mandatory (required).
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology (required).
  • Possession of Scrum Master or equivalent certificate(s) in Agile direction (required).
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills (required).
  • Ability to conduct negotiations well and to cope with difficult tasks (required).
  • Good organizational skills (required).
  • Detail oriented (required).
  • Focus on continuous development (required).
