Scrum Master

- Identify, track, and remove impediments that block the team's progress, escalating to leadership when necessary.
- Partner closely with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-refined, prioritized, and clearly understood by the development team.
- Promote effective collaboration between developers, QA, designers, Product, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor team health and performance using Agile metrics and use insights to guide improvements.
- Facilitate dependency management and coordination with other Scrum teams or cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead and support retrospectives that produce actionable improvements, and ensure follow-through on agreed actions.
- Support onboarding of new team members into Agile ways of working.
- Encourage a safe environment for open feedback, healthy conflict, and team accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or other technical field (required).
- A Master's degree is considered an advantage (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience working as an SM/Agile Coach (required).
- Strong knowledge of English language (both verbal and written) is mandatory (required).
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology (required).
- Possession of Scrum Master or equivalent certificate(s) in Agile direction (required).
- Effective communication and facilitation skills (required).
- Ability to conduct negotiations well and to cope with difficult tasks (required).
- Good organizational skills (required).
