Retention Executive - 12-month Fixed Term Contract
As a Retention Executive you will be part of the CRM team in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment across Casino and Sports products, supporting the delivery and optimisation of retention campaigns across our core markets, gaining hands-on experience with CRM tools, customer segmentation, and multi-channel communications.
- Supporting the execution of CRM campaigns, assist in building and scheduling communications across channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Working closely with internal teams including Promotions, Product, Data, Creative, and Compliance to support campaign delivery.
- Assisting with campaign testing and QA to ensure accuracy and quality before launch.
- Support monitoring of campaign performance and help compile reports and insights.
- Ensure all campaigns follow brand guidelines and regulatory requirements across core markets.
- Strong interest in CRM, digital marketing, or customer lifecycle management. (required)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. (required)
