You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of your own affiliate accounts—from high-level commercial negotiations to compliance auditing—while simultaneously acting as a technical and administrative anchor. This includes managing team-wide onboarding workflows, ensuring tracking integrity across all markets, and providing the data-driven support necessary for the entire department to scale efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Team-Wide Admin: Act as the internal "go-to" for administrative tasks, including managing the shared inbox (e.g., Hiver), updating internal databases, and maintaining the affiliate platform's hygiene.
  • Onboarding Lead: Oversight of the full onboarding pipeline for the team, ensuring all new partners (regardless of manager) pass technical and KYC checks.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support to colleagues for tracking issues, pixel integrations, and redirect queries.
  • Payment & Reconciliation: Support the Affiliate Team Lead with the monthly commission validation process, coordinating with Finance to ensure accurate and timely global payouts.
  • Global Reporting: Maintain and update growth marketing reports and dashboards used by the entire affiliate department.
  • Communication Hub: Oversee the creation and scheduling of the Affiliate Newsletter, ensuring all brand updates and promotions are communicated professionally to the global database.
  • SOP Development: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure administrative consistency across the team.
  • Automated Monitoring: Lead the use of Rightlander and Humble.AI to audit brand presence across the web.
  • Audit & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to compliance processes and audit trails, ensuring all regulatory requirements and partner reviews are meticulously recorded.
  • Regulatory Liaison: Ensure all marketing placements meet the specific jurisdictional requirements of your assigned markets.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in affiliate marketing and/or digital marketing operations within the iGaming industry.
  • Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of affiliate tracking (S2S, Postbacks, Cookies) and attribution models.
