Junior Sportsbook Operations Specialist
The Junior Sportsbook Operations Executive supports the day-to-day running of the Sportsbook Operations function, helping ensure that sportsbook content, market presentation, and operational workflows are maintained accurately and on time.
The role works closely with senior stakeholders across Sportsbook Operations, Performance, Compliance, Trading, and other internal teams to keep core processes moving efficiently within a regulated environment. The role is best suited to someone who is organised, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple recurring tasks, and confident working across internal systems and teams. While the position follows established processes and escalation paths, it also requires initiative, reliability, and a proactive approach to spotting issues early and keeping workstreams moving. This is an execution-based role, with strategic, regulatory, and high-risk decisions remaining with senior team members.
- Support sportsbook CMS and back-office workflows to help ensure content is updated accurately, presented correctly, and maintained in line with operational priorities.
- Carry out approved betting rules updates and general site housekeeping to help keep sportsbook information current, accurate, and aligned across relevant markets.
- Support access-related requests and other recurring administrative processes linked to sportsbook operations tools and workflows.
- Use JIRA ticketing systems to support access requests and odds feed staging and production integrations in line with ISO-style control and tracking requirements, while maintaining clear records of completed actions, open items, and operational issues to support visibility, handovers, and effective team collaboration.
- Monitor IBIA alerts and handle first-level review and responses in line with internal procedures, escalating cases where needed and maintaining clear supporting records.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in operational tasks (required).

- Clear written communication and dependable record keeping (required).
- Comfort working with CMS platforms, ticketing systems, spreadsheets, and other internal tools (required).
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use them effectively to support research, drafting, process efficiency, and day-to-day operational workflows (required).
