Payments Coordinator
In this role, you will take ownership of Payment Service Provider (PSP) operations, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and our Payments team. As the primary point of contact for our PSP portfolio, you will oversee day-to-day operations, drive strategic initiatives, and help improve the reliability, acceptance rates, and cost efficiency of our payments platform through data-driven insights. You will be empowered to make informed decisions, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and lead initiatives from concept to execution. The role requires a highly analytical and hands-on approach, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. - Monitoring, analyzing, and coordinating PSP account balances while optimizing Payment Service Provider KPIs.
- Following up on day-to-day issues with PSPs and taking ownership of critical payments-related incidents.
- Identifying new PSPs, assessing their feasibility, and coordinating integration projects with Payments IT, Fraud, Risk & Payments, Customer Operations, Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams.
- Supporting the reconciliation processes in cooperation with the Accounting and Treasury teams.
- Acting as the main point of contact for Accounting, Legal, and PSPs regarding payments-related questions and ongoing operational changes.
- Preparing and analyzing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, while finding ways to improve processes, operations, and platform efficiency.
- Raising potential risks to the business.
- At least 1 year of experience in PSP management, analytics, project management, or a related operational role.
- Experience in iGaming is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and comfort working with data such as fees, acceptance rates, and other payment metrics.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Independent, well-organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to occasional travel and representing the company at iGaming industry events.
- Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential.
