As a Retention Specialist you’ll be supporting the delivery of promotional and marketing campaigns for our casino product under our Spin Group of brands. This will help us excel at customer retention to stay ahead of the game.
- Full ownership of promotional campaign setup and lifecycle flow creation for our Spin Casino brand.
- Delivery and management of promotional interventions.
- Ensuring all marketing activities meet compliance and regulatory standards.
- Building and testing user journeys via back-office systems to ensure seamless offer delivery and optimal user experience.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of key promotional campaigns and lifecycle flows.
- Conducting deep dives and forensic audits to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of promotions.
- Delivering daily reporting against objectives, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
- Quarterly review and refresh of promotional content to maintain relevance and engagement.
- Resolving queries related to promotions & features within our 24/7 environment.
- Collaborating with the Senior Leadership, Promotions Manager, Project Managers, and external partners to align promotional strategies with business goals.
- Coordinating briefs and initiatives with retention, product, and technology teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Presenting campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
- Staying up to date with marketing technology, crypto trends, streaming and social media engagement strategies.
- Continuously optimizing campaigns based on performance data and user feedback.
- Ensuring user experience is central to all promotional and lifecycle activities, while identifying new opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in retention, CRM, or customer lifecycle management
- Experience in the e-commerce or broader iGaming industry
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly organized, proactive, and quality-driven
- Familiarity with retention and marketing automation tools is a plus
- Fluency in crypto player behaviors
- Expertise across email, SMS, and push, including best practices and optimization.
- Demonstrated project management expertise, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
