Description

As an Associate Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience. In this role, you'll take the lead on crucial strategic initiatives, driving projects across functions to achieve key objectives. Your expertise in project management will be essential in tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless execution.

Responsibilities
  • Execute critical strategic initiatives identified to achieve goals.
  • Facilitate project execution by working cross-functionally to build and drive project plans, identify dependencies, and deliver on core goals.
  • Track and communicate decisions, progress, risks, issues, and retrospectives with the project team.
  • Build resources and playbooks to codify best practices and improve operational consistency.
  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to surface insights and align priorities that enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 3 years of project management, journey lead, or related experience. (required)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (required)
  • Ability to work independently and know when to seek guidance. (required)
