Academy Trainer
The Academy Trainer is responsible for preparing and updating training material/sessions and taking full responsibility. They must inform the technical department and other concerned departments of any system or chat malfunctions. The role ensures that trainees are taught the correct skills for each game and assists in the continuing development of the training and recruitment program. The trainer must always be acquainted with all changes in procedures and assess and report their impact on the training program to their manager. They are also required to report sickness and/or changes in the schedule to their manager, attend meetings and re-trainings to improve work quality, and take responsibility to finish duties in and outside of working hours. Punctuality and appropriate work attire/uniform are expected. The trainer must report any failure by a team member to meet company standards, follow procedures, or legal requirements, and ensure all procedural, legal, and disciplinary procedures are followed by trainees. They must also follow any reasonable request made by the company that meets business needs. The role involves participation in the recruitment process, including attending recruitment meetings, updating internal systems, screening, setting up, and attending interviews. Liaising with recruiters and other members of the recruitment team and following internal procedures are key. Creating and scheduling new training groups, attending and assessing trainee examinations, and filling in Training Documents and reports are also part of the responsibilities. Coordinating and holding re-training sessions to improve work quality, and working closely with the office manager regarding uniform orders, inventory, and related paperwork are required. The trainer will perform other ad hoc duties and projects as asked by their direct manager, which are related to this position and meet the qualifications. They will also replace team members during vacations, sick leaves, and other absences, which takes place during working time and is not considered additional work.

- Inform the technical department and the other departments concerned of any occurrences of any kind of system or chat malfunctions.
- Ensure the correct skills of each game are taught to the trainees.
- Assist in the continuing development of the training and recruitment program.
- Always be acquainted with all changes in procedures and assess and report the impact of such changes on the training program to your manager.
- Report to you manager about sickness and/or changes in the schedule.
- Attend meeting, re-trainings and improve the quality of work whenever necessary.
- Take responsibility to finish duties in and outside of working hours.
- Be at the designated workplace on time and in the appropriate work attire/uniform.
- Report any failure by a team member to meet the company standards, to follow procedures or the legal requirements.
- Ensure all procedural, legal and disciplinary procedures are followed by the trainees.
- Follow any reasonable request made by the company that meets the needs of the business.

- To Liaise with recruiters and other members of the recruitment team and follow internal procedures.
- To create and schedule in new training groups.

- To fill in Training Documents and reports.

- At least secondary education
- Good communication and presentation skills
- An Intermediate level of computer skills
