Personnel Department Assistant
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personnel Department Assistant to support the administrative and operational routines of the HR department. This professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor processes, document control, and employee support.
- Support in employee onboarding, termination, and integration processes;
- Perform control and verification of electronic timekeeping;
- Manage vacations, benefits, leaves of absence, and medical certificates;
- Organize and keep labor documents and digital files updated;
- Provide service to employees to clarify doubts related to the Personnel Department;
- Support audits and internal processes of the area.
- High school diploma (higher education in HR, Administration, or related fields in progress or completed is desirable);
- Previous experience in Personnel Department routines;
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation;
- Familiarity with payroll and electronic timekeeping systems;
- Knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Organization, discretion, and attention to detail.
