You'll sit in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and earn consistent hourly pay plus tips — every single shift, whether it's a slow Tuesday or a packed Saturday. Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Engage online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts accurately
- Keep the game moving smoothly and energetically every shift
- Bring confidence, personality, and focus to every shift
- Complete paid training through Evolution Academy
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Want consistent pay instead of unpredictable tips
- Are open to evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No casino or gaming experience required. We will train you.
Benefits
- $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
- Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
