Biroja Koordinators(-e)/ Office Coordinator
The Office Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations by managing office services, reception duties, and administrative tasks. This role involves maintaining a tidy and functional workspace, coordinating supplies and services, and supporting staff and visitors for an efficient work environment.
- Provide office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Greet, assist, and/or direct the public
- Deal with incoming/outgoing correspondence, sign for deliveries, and send mails and cargos
- Manage Biometric system, taxi service, and visitors’ sign-up system
- Maintain office condition and arrange technical repairs
- Co-ordinate and maintain administrative records such as staff and guest parking
- Monitor office supplies inventory and take care of groceries and water supplies
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and guidelines
- Take care of office maintenance, furniture inventory, and repairs
- Assist in planning and preparation of meetings and conferences
- Secondary education
- Good knowledge of English and Latvian for performing job duties – working with the company's internal systems and daily communication with other international departments
- High sense of responsibility, punctuality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to accurately fulfill direct management orders and work tasks
- Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Multitasking – flexible and adaptable approach to work, ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills
- Gross monthly salary 1400 EUR/gross
