Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts at our Atlantic City studio. You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world. No casino experience needed. No hosting experience required. If you've worked as a cashier, register operator, retail associate, or in any customer-facing role — you already have the discipline, the composure, and the people skills we look for. We train you on the rest.

This is not a casino floor job. No smoke. No chips. No physical players in front of you. No cash handling. No running food. No cleaning tables. You'll sit in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and create a professional, engaging experience for online players around the world. Think: customer service + live hosting + studio environment. You don't need to know casino games before applying. That's what paid training is for.

Responsibilities

Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly
Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Comfortable being on camera
Reliable and professional
Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license

Benefits

$17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed
