Responsibilities
  • Execute and adapt the global HR strategy in the local markets including initiating and managing the development of HR department business plans, objectives and budget
  • Together with the HR team develop HR initiatives, approaches, policies and procedures to achieve alignment among all functions
  • Initiate and manage the completion of HR Department projects and tasks including Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Personnel Policies and Procedures, Employer Branding, Health and Safety, Performance Management, HR Analytics & Statistics and Administration
  • Develop and oversee recruitment strategy to attract quality talent with a focus on gaming operations, management and administration as well as develop strategical and tactical action plans to reduce turnover and increase length of stay
  • Develop and implement tactics to drive positioning as an employer of choice in the local markets together with the global and local Employer Branding teams
  • Develop, coordinate and guide HR and recruitment projects across the potential new locations during the research and launch stage
  • Support the development and mentorship of your HR team members across LATAM based locations
Requirements
  • Adaptable and agile – can work in a fast-paced environment and respond & re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand
  • Resilient and focused - ability to navigate and drive change in an ambiguous environment with an aptitude for problem-solving
  • A credible advisor with demonstrated expertise across key initiatives in an HR function
  • An outstanding communicator with the ability to engage and manage multiple senior stakeholder relationships in a multi-cultural environment across different locations
  • Higher academic or professional education in Human Resources
  • Proven experience (minimum of 8 years) as an HR leader or senior HRBP
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with full professional proficiency in both
  • Experience in developing and leading HR operational excellence preferably in high-growth environments
  • Experience in building HR operations from scratch is a merit
  • Experience with talent acquisition and a combination of mass recruitment in combination with specialist and managerial recruitment
  • Experience in coaching people at all levels as well as excellence in stakeholder management
  • Experience in reporting and employment law in LATAM focusing on Colombia, Argentina, Brazil and Costa Rica
