  • Manage internal communication pages.

  • Purchase office supplies and equipment, maintaining adequate inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Supervise construction projects, furniture inventory, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and assist in event preparation.
  • Handle customer complaints and requests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • Intermediate/advanced English (minimum B2 level).
  • Organized profile, with a focus on processes, responsibility, and punctuality.
