Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts immediately at our Atlantic City studio. You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world. No casino experience needed. Responsibilities

Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
Engage online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts accurately
Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly every shift
Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
Complete paid training through Evolution Academy before your first live shift

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Comfortable being on camera
Reliable and professional
Must be available to start within 2 weeks
Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license

Benefits

$17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed
