Online Casino Dealer
Description
As an Online Casino Dealer, you’ll be the face of the game. You’ll sit at a live studio table, follow game procedures, speak clearly on camera, and create a fun, professional experience for online players. Think of it as a mix of: Customer service + hosting + entertainment + live broadcasting.
You’ll host real casino games like Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat on camera while players join online from their phones, tablets, and computers. This is not a traditional casino-floor job. No smoking casino floor. No physical players in front of you. No cash handling. You’ll work in a modern, professional studio environment with cameras, lights, game tables, and a team around you.
Responsibilities
- Host live online casino games from our Philadelphia studio
- Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
- Keep the game moving smoothly
- Bring positive energy on camera
- Maintain attendance, appearance, and performance standards
- Complete paid training through Evolution Academy
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pennsylvania and West Virginia gaming license
- Must pass required background checks
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must maintain professional appearance standards
- Must be able to complete paid training
- Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
- Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
- Ability to work a full time schedule
- Game Show Hosts: the ability to wear 2” + heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time.
