Operations Coordinator - RNG
Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Coordinator to support our RNG gaming portfolio across multiple brands. This role forms part of the RNG Operations team. From analysing the impact of global promotions to creating compelling game marketing materials, no two days will ever be the same!
Responsibilities
- Support promotional efforts with operators and affiliates from the initial concept phase through to performance review and data analysis.
- Collaborate with the existing affiliation team to drive brand visibility and outreach efforts.
- Create and manage commercial marketing materials for game features, demos, and exclusive releases across our entire RNG suite (including recordings and presentations).
- Act as a reliable point of contact for commercial inquiries, assisting with general product support and resolving ad-hoc requests.
- Manage and track the assignment of regional exclusive game releases.
- Provide overarching administrative support to the Operations team, ensuring cross-departmental operations run smoothly.
Requirements
- Complete fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A solid foundational understanding of marketing and commercial business principles.
- Highly independent, incredibly detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple ongoing tasks without dropping the ball.
- A reliable, approachable team player with a knack for building relationships across different departments and external brands.
- A critical thinker who can plan efficiently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Previous experience working in the iGaming sector. (Desirable but not required)
- Knowledge of and passion for slot games. (Desirable but not required)
- Basic technical understanding of gaming products. (Desirable but not required)
- Background in Marketing or Business. (Desirable but not required)
- Fluency in other languages – particularly Portuguese (not required)
