Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Flexible 4hr or 8hr Shifts + Tips (Game Presenter)

Evolution is hiring Game Presenters (Customer Service Representatives) to work in a modern studio environment. No casino floor, no prior experience required — we provide paid training. This role offers flexible part-time work with 4-hour and 8-hour shift options, making it suitable for students, those seeking a second job, or anyone needing consistent part-time employment. The position involves hosting and presenting games on camera via live stream, interacting with online players, and following simple game procedures after receiving training.
Responsibilities
- Host and present games on camera in a studio environment
- Interact with online players via live stream
- Follow simple game procedures (training provided)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
- Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
- Wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service and hospitality-oriented role.
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable.
- Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables.
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
- Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
- Ability to work a full time schedule
- the ability to wear 2” + heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time.
