Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Speak to online players in a friendly, professional, and engaging way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
- Keep the game moving smoothly every shift
- Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
- Complete paid training through Evolution Academy
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- At least one year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
- Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
- Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
- Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
- Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
- Are available consistently for your chosen hours each week
- Are comfortable being on camera
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Can follow procedures consistently
- Are reliable, punctual, and professional
- Are open to day, evening, or overnight shift options
Benefits
- $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
- Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
