Iepirkumu Koordinators(-e) / Purchasing Coordinator
The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for organizing and executing the procurement of equipment, goods, and services based on requests from internal clients within the Property & Studio Development Department.
- Organise and carry out procurement processes in accordance with internal client requests;
- Purchase equipment, goods, and services;
- Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation in line with internal procedures;
- Process purchase requests and create purchase orders based on approved suppliers and contracts;
- Perform on-site purchases, including urgent or last-minute purchases from local stores;
- Track orders, monitor delivery timelines, and communicate with suppliers and internal clients in cases of delays or discrepancies;
- Assist with warranty claims, returns, and other supplier-related issues;
- Ensure compliance with procurement and budget policies; escalate any violations when necessary;
- Monitor the application of taxes, VAT, and other applicable fees in the countries where the company operates.
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement will be considered an advantage;
- Interest and motivation to develop within the procurement field;
- Secondary or higher education;
- Good command of English (written and spoken) for performing job duties, including working with internal systems and daily communication with international departments;
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work;
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to processes;
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills;
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV) will be considered an advantage.
