Senior Trainer
The Senior Trainer is a responsible, flexible, and open-minded person who will ensure qualitative and efficient functionality of Evolution Academy Trainers. This role involves leading and developing current trainers, working with statistical data to provide different kinds of reports, and coordinating, developing, and contributing to projects in Evolution Academy. The Senior Trainer will create trainers' work schedules and monitor their job, maintaining high results by analysing and resolving quality and service issues, identifying trends, and recommending system improvements. They will drive team results to meet EA KPI targets and are responsible for preparing and updating training material/sessions. The Senior Trainer will inform the correct people, and the Head of Department, about any software or hardware issues and ensure the correct skills of each game are taught to the trainees. They will assist in the continuing development of the training and recruitment program, always be acquainted with all changes in procedures and assess and report the impact of such changes on the Training program to their manager. The Senior Trainer will report to their manager about sickness and/or changes in the schedule, attend meetings, re-trainings and improve the quality of work whenever necessary. They will take responsibility to finish duties in and outside of working hours, report any failure by a team member to meet the company standards, to follow procedures or the legal requirements, and ensure all procedural, legal and disciplinary procedures are followed by the trainees. The Senior Trainer will follow any reasonable request made by the company that meets the needs of the business.
- Lead and develop current Trainers
- Work with Statistical data and provide different kind of reports
- Coordinate, develop and contribute to projects in Evolution Academy

- Experience in working with projects, process optimization
- Previous experience on Trainers position is an advantage but not required
- Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience as a Game Presenter preferred
- Knowledge of all game types offered
- Ability to act as a role model in professional appearance in a business environment
