Description

This is not a restaurant job. You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world. You'll sit in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and earn consistent hourly pay plus tips — every single shift, regardless of how busy it is. Think: the personality and composure you built on the floor + live hosting + studio environment. The people skills? You already have them. The games? We teach you those.

Responsibilities

Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
Engage online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts accurately
Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly every shift
Bring confidence, warmth, and personality to every shift
Complete paid training through Evolution Academy

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
Restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Comfortable being on camera
Reliable and professional
Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license

Benefits

$17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed
