Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description

We’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a high-volume recruitment environment where speed, quality, and resilience matter equally. This is mass recruitment at scale, with constant pipelines, fast hiring cycles, and high candidate flow across operational roles. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can switch gears quickly, and actually enjoy the chaos of high-volume hiring - you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume operational roles (game presenters, shufflers, etc.)
  • Manage large daily CV inflow and maintain structured pipeline tracking
  • Conduct high-volume screening calls (yes, lots of them - consistency is key)
  • Coordinate interviews, assessment days, and hiring events
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to calibrate candidate quality vs. speed needs
  • Drive candidate experience even at scale
  • Use ATS tools (SmartRecruiters) to keep pipelines clean and updated
  • Hit weekly/monthly hiring targets in a performance-driven environment
  • Contribute ideas to improve sourcing, conversion, and show-up rates
Requirements
  • 2-5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Proven experience in high-volume / mass recruitment (must-have)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to stay structured under pressure and manage multiple roles at once
  • Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and fast-paced hiring cycles
  • Fluent in English and Bulgarian
  • Turkish is a strong advantage
  • Strong phone screening skills
  • Proactive mindset
Benefits
  • A competitive remuneration package
  • Professional and personal development
  • Opportunities to progress within the company
  • Reliable and friendly colleagues
  • Fast-paced, international recruitment environment
  • Real ownership of hiring pipelines
  • Exposure to large-scale hiring operations
  • Opportunity to directly impact hiring performance and conversion metrics
