Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and coordinating pre-hire activities for high volume candidate groups monthly. Responsibilities
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment process for high volume candidates
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews
  • Coordinate background check and gaming board application process
  • Help lead new hire orientation, checking paperwork and presenting as required
  • Update internal tracking systems
  • Weekly reporting of recruiting results
  • Participate in process improvement for Talent Acquisition Department
  • Support Human Resources with administrative and employee related matters when needed
  • Participate in job fairs and on-site hiring events
Requirements
  • 1+ years of proven hands on experience in recruitment
  • Previous experience in high volume recruiting a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels and selection tool
