Talent Acquisition Specialist
This role is responsible for identifying and managing recruitment channels, designing and posting advertisements, and selecting candidates based on CVs and job requirements. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will actively participate in the interview and selection process, evaluate candidates, and provide proposals to managers. They will also administer and update the candidate database, inform candidates about selection outcomes, and provide support regarding the recruitment process and internal evaluation of people. Additionally, the role involves new employee induction, organizing exit interviews, and implementing innovative recruitment methods. The specialist will also generate weekly and monthly reports, carry out administrative activities, and assist in HR Department projects.
- Identify and manage appropriate recruitment channels for vacancies
- Design and post recruitment advertisements based on discussions with department heads
- Selects candidates on the basis of CVs, according to the candidate profile and job requirements
- Contacts selected candidates to schedule interviews
- Actively participates in the interview and selection process of candidates
- Evaluates and comes up with proposals on selected candidates to the managers
- Administers and ensures the updating of the candidate database
- Informs candidates about the outcome of the selection process
- Provides support within the company regarding the recruitment process and internal evaluation of people
- New employee induction: brief presentation of the company, employee benefits, internal processes and procedures (attendance record, leave and leave of absence, internal rules). Introduction of teams, email notification of new colleagues
- Follow-up at intervals after integration to get feedback and ideas for process improvement
- Organize exit interviews and make proposals for optimization based on the information obtained
- Innovation and implementation in recruitment methods and channels
- Weekly and monthly reports on the status of projects
- Carrying out various administrative activities requested by management and the group
- Assist and participate in HR Department projects.
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Knowledge of MS Windows operating system and Microsoft Office package (word, excel, power point), internet
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
- Good knowledge of recruitment methods
- Very good analysis and synthesis skills, attention to details
