Description

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and fast-moving Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-volume recruitment environment, where speed, organization, candidate experience, and adaptability are key. This role combines operational recruitment responsibilities with employer branding, social media sourcing, and internal communication initiatives. You will support mass recruitment processes while helping strengthen the company’s visibility and candidate attraction strategies across different platforms. Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume operational roles.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Manage large daily CV inflow and maintain structured pipeline tracking.
  • Conduct high-volume on site interviews.
  • Coordinate hiring events, recruitment campaigns, and assessment days.
  • Publish and manage job postings across all predefined recruitment channels.
  • Use ATS tools and internal systems to keep recruitment pipelines updated and organized.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders to support hiring goals and operational needs.
  • Support and create recruitment campaigns through social media channels to increase employer branding and candidate attraction.
  • Assist with internal communication initiatives related to recruitment updates, hiring campaigns, company culture, and employee engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing or EBIC teams to improve recruitment visibility and social media presence.
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements to optimize sourcing strategies, pipeline conversion, candidate engagement, and show-up rates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction concepts across different markets.
  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets in a performance-driven environment.
  • Manage social media platforms and internal communication.
  • Support on onboarding processes for new hires.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (agency or in-house) (required)
  • Proven experience in high-volume / mass recruitment (must-have) (required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. (required)
  • Ability to multitask and work in high-volume recruitment environments. (required)
  • Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and fast-paced hiring cycles (required)
  • Fluent in English B2-C1 (required)
  • Proactive mindset (required)
  • Experience in gaming, BPO, hospitality, or similar high-volume industries (nice-to-have)
  • Experience managing social media platforms for recruitment or employer branding purposes. (nice-to-have)
  • Knowledge of Canva, LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, or similar ATS platforms. (nice-to-have)
