Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to learn more than you have in the past at a pace you most likely have not yet experienced. Working closely with various internal stakeholders you will report directly to the HR Business Partner for Business Support.

Responsibilities
  • Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via the various mediums we use
  • Push forward attraction and talent selection concepts
  • Develop robust Standard Operating Procedures to refine current processes, as well as ‘bottle’ our success for our continued growth
  • Report on KPI’s, projects and deliverables to the HRBP and key stakeholders
  • Utilise all the resources available to continue to pro-actively source candidates whilst identifying additional and new, financially feasible, sources
  • Follow the agreed Talent Acquisition processes to ensure a thorough, consistent and objective selection process is undertaken with each candidate
  • Undertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on our interview process and managing their expectations effectively
  • Initiate and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and assist with their resourcing requirements
  • Pro-actively network around the business, meeting stakeholders where possible, to remain informed about business performance and hiring needs
  • Develop strong external knowledge of our market to provide guidance and advice to our internal clients/stakeholders e.g. competitor and market analysis, candidate profiling etc
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed
  • Manage the entire recruitment process to successful completion for all Business Support and Commercial roles
  • Maintain post-placement contact to ensure that new hires have been successful
  • Where relevant provide additional support to the business around sourcing, identifying and assessing potential candidates
  • Pro-actively and professionally represent Evolution Gaming in the external market as an employer of choice for candidates
  • Fully own the offboarding process for business support and commercial employees
Requirements
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition within a fast paced, international organisation
  • Experience recruiting on various levels, including executive and senior roles
  • Experience managing partnerships with third-party and contingent search vendors
  • Experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms such Smart Recruiter
  • Skilled in building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of Maltese and EU employment law
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
