Head of SEO
iGamingNuts is a rapidly growing organization operating in the iGaming industry across multiple markets simultaneously. Our ambition is to dominate the SERPs, and we need someone to lead us there strategically, technically, and operationally. We are looking for a Head of SEO who will take full responsibility for the company's organic growth and lead our team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Take full responsibility for the SEO strategy focused on SERP dominance across multiple markets (PL and abroad).
- Manage a team of SEO specialists + link building.
- Collaborate directly with Project Managers and other departments.
- Act as an owner – initiate, propose, test, and deliver solutions instead of waiting for guidelines.
- Develop SEO action plans, prioritizing keywords with the highest ROI.
- Establish KPIs, processes, and work standards for the SEO department.
- Improve or build from scratch a process for effective information flow between SEO, PMs, and the content team.
- Oversee the technical architecture of websites, crawl, indexing, and overall site performance.
- Take responsibility for the set of tools and analytical infrastructure (GA4, Screaming Frog, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.).
- Closely cooperate with the development team, planning and implementing technical improvements focused on SEO.
- Define, create, or refine content quality standards in line with E-E-A-T principles and real user engagement.
- Build processes utilizing AI for content creation automation, with appropriate supervision and quality control.
- Oversee the link acquisition process – locally and internationally.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SEO (including technical, content, and off-site).
- Experience in a Senior / Lead SEO role, Head of SEO or Team Lead experience is a plus.
- Team management skills: delegation, mentoring, feedback.
- Documented success in improving SERP results or large-scale organic growth.
- Excellent knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and the impact of link acquisition on site performance.
- Goal-oriented and responsible for project results.
- Ability to draw conclusions from data and propose actions.
- Proficient use of tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Real, daily impact on the SEO direction in the organization.
