Director of iGaming Studio

At IGT PlayDigital, we design and build mobile and web casino games played by millions of players worldwide. We are looking for a seasoned Director of iGaming Studio to take charge of our Warsaw studio and lead its creative and technical teams. Our studio in Warsaw, Poland is at the heart of exciting projects within a dynamic and fast-growing environment. Responsibilities
- Lead all game development functions within the studio, ensuring efficient execution and delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end game production lifecycle, from concept through release
- Manage and align cross-functional teams including production, design, art, and engineering
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality games that meet performance and market expectations
- Drive planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple projects
- Collaborate with central functions (content, engineering, QA) to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of successfully released games
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as a Lead Producer, Game Development Director, or similar, with a strong portfolio of successful game releases
- Experience in the iGaming industry with a solid understanding of market trends
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Deep understanding of production processes, pipelines, and delivery frameworks
- Ability to balance creative vision with execution and timelines
