Fintech Senior Analyst

- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including P&L analysis, KPI trends, and variance explanations for all FinTech product lines.
- Support weekly and monthly operational reporting for ATM and cash advance volumes, check warranty activity, payment processing revenue, kiosk utilization, and loyalty program engagement.
- Develop and review financial models for pricing, margin analysis, revenue share agreements, customer profitability, and new product evaluations.
- Drive annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting, incorporating transaction forecasts, equipment deployment plans, and property‑level performance.
- Analyze transaction data to identify trends in cash‑to‑floor activity, payment mix, kiosk throughput, loyalty redemption patterns, and regulatory impacts.
- Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to evaluate contract terms, revenue share structures, and ROI for new installations or upgrades.
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support product enhancements, compliance initiatives, and operational improvements across payments, cash access, and kiosk networks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5-8 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally within FinTech, payments, gaming, or transaction‑based technology businesses.
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes across multiple product lines.
- Understanding of ASC 606 – Revenue Recognition
- Strong understanding of revenue and cost drivers across a variety of products and services.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools (Oracle, SAP, Navision, JET, NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation of new forecasting methods and may supervise the activities of others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle complex issues, requiring consideration for multiple variables.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Availability to work in-office at least 3 days per week.
- $103,600 to $144,600 USD starting compensation range
