Fintech Senior Analyst

Description

We’re seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing FinTech Finance team, supporting a dynamic portfolio of payments, cash access, and casino technology solutions. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and gaming operations, where your insights will directly influence strategic decisions in a highly regulated, transaction-driven environment. You’ll work with innovative products that power payments, loyalty, and player engagement across the gaming industry—while gaining exposure to senior leadership and high-impact initiatives. If you enjoy turning complex data into meaningful insights, partnering across teams, and driving business performance, this is an opportunity to elevate your career.

This isn’t just another FP&A role—it’s a chance to work at the center of a rapidly evolving fintech and gaming ecosystem. You’ll help shape decisions across payments, cash access, and player engagement, with insights that directly influence strategy and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including P&L analysis, KPI trends, and variance explanations for all FinTech product lines.
  • Support weekly and monthly operational reporting for ATM and cash advance volumes, check warranty activity, payment processing revenue, kiosk utilization, and loyalty program engagement.
  • Develop and review financial models for pricing, margin analysis, revenue share agreements, customer profitability, and new product evaluations.
  • Drive annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting, incorporating transaction forecasts, equipment deployment plans, and property‑level performance.
  • Analyze transaction data to identify trends in cash‑to‑floor activity, payment mix, kiosk throughput, loyalty redemption patterns, and regulatory impacts.
  • Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to evaluate contract terms, revenue share structures, and ROI for new installations or upgrades.
  • Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support product enhancements, compliance initiatives, and operational improvements across payments, cash access, and kiosk networks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5-8 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally within FinTech, payments, gaming, or transaction‑based technology businesses.
  • Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes across multiple product lines.
  • Understanding of ASC 606 – Revenue Recognition
  • Strong understanding of revenue and cost drivers across a variety of products and services.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools (Oracle, SAP, Navision, JET, NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
  • Lead the implementation of new forecasting methods and may supervise the  activities of others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to handle complex issues, requiring consideration for multiple variables.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Availability to work in-office at least 3 days per week.
Benefits
  • $103,600 to $144,600 USD starting compensation range
  • Commissions (for sales roles)
  • Discretionary bonuses (for other roles)
  • Health, dental, vision, life, accident & disability insurance.
  • Tuition reimbursement
