Game Mathematician
As a Game Mathematician, you will play a key role in shaping the player experience by designing and analyzing the mathematical models behind our games. You will contribute across the full game development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Develop and implement mathematical logic for video poker and keno games using internally built tools and Python.
- Utilize programming languages (e.g., C++) and Excel to calculate and validate optimal strategies, payouts, odds, and overall gameplay.
- Ensure game compliance with jurisdictional regulations and standards.
- Collaborate closely with Game Designers to resolve discrepancies and enhance game functionality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external laboratories on game mathematics queries and requirements.
- Build strong knowledge of jurisdictional regulations and their application across poker, keno, and slot products.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Participate in occasional international travel for training, industry events, and potential US-based training sessions.
- University degree in Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics or a related field
- Proficiency in C++, C#, Python, Java, or a similar programming language and ability to demonstrate it during our assessment
- Technical English language skills (written and spoken) is required for communication with studios abroad
- Mathematical knowledge of statistics and probability is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
