- Support the Sales Operations team by preparing and sending required documentation to customers.
- Maintain and update customer accounts and contact information in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team in the preparation of sales proposals and commercial documentation.
- Complete Due Diligence processes required for the creation and onboarding of new customer accounts.
- Monitor and follow up on the end-to-end process of parts management and conversions, ensuring timely execution and coordination across stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on customer-generated tickets, helping ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist Sales Operations analysts in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs), reports, and dashboards.
- Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sales and operational processes.
- Recently graduated in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. (required)
- Previous internship or professional experience in commercial, sales support, operations, or related areas. (required)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and reporting. (required)
- Advanced Power BI knowledge with the ability to build and maintain dashboards and reports. (required)
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills. (required)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis. (preferred)
- Familiarity with SAP systems. (preferred)
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM. (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and process automation tools. (preferred)
