Human Business Change Partner
As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Human Business and Change Partner on a 4-month fixed-term contract starting July 1, 2026. Reporting to the Corporate Human Business Change Partner Manager, your role is to support the managers and employees within your scope in operationalizing HR policies to meet the company's strategic challenges.
- As a true Business Partner, your objective is to deploy HR development policies concerning employment, training, and GEPP (Employment and Skills Management) to your internal clients, while ensuring daily individual and collective support for employees in your scope.
- In partnership with managers, you contribute to identifying and developing employee skills with the aim of retaining our talent and increasing their sense of belonging.
- You work in collaboration with the various entities of the HR Department, contributing to the evolution of the function through various cross-functional projects such as: the implementation of new organizations, the evolution of tools, practices, etc.
- You keep your population informed of the various HR highlights (interview campaigns, training arbitration, salary policy, etc.).
- With a degree in Human Resources or Social Law, you have at least 3 years of experience as a generalist HR professional, ideally acquired in a multi-site context with a matrix structure that allows you to be autonomous.
- Your previous experiences have allowed you to work in transforming environments and thus develop skills in talent acquisition, training, GEPP, and labor law.
- Client-oriented, you are committed to being available and attentive to employees.
- You know how to adapt your communication and demonstrate flexibility or firmness when necessary.
- Proactive, your empathy and excellent interpersonal skills enable you to find the best solutions to reconcile individual needs with collective success.
- You demonstrate strong agility, allowing you to easily switch from one subject to another while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
- Fixed salary based on experience over 13 months, profit-sharing and incentive bonuses (approximately 18%).
