Associate Game Producer
iGaming - Bring our games to life by supporting the development team during the product development process—manage day-to-day communication, coordinate interdepartmental tasks, and track deliverables and milestones. Work in a collaborative small team environment with a group of exceptionally talented artists, animators, software engineers, and game designers to provide the best gaming experience for the slot player. The ability to work quickly and efficiently as part of a team, take direction, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure is crucial.
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Update and maintain Content documentation
- Maintain Content tasks in JIRA and other project management software
- Provide Reference videos for ported games
- Attend team meetings to stay up to date on project changes, issues, and resolutions
- Attend development and Content game reviews to compile and distribute feedback
- Facilitate retrieval and handoff of Art, Audio and documentation to the various development disciplines.
- Submit, Track and communicate legal status and feedback on team projects.
- Request legal approval of Art purchases.
- Create and maintain reports to capture project status and communicate to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to support interdepartmental tasks, capturing and communicating requirements and status
- 1 - 3 years of professional project management experience
- Experience leading teams and managing software development projects a plus
- Gaming industry experience is preferred, but not required
- Enjoy working in a creative environment
- Have strong multi-tasking skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Have strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity with JIRA or other project/task management software a plus
- The candidate should be open to occasional early‑morning or late‑evening calls to align with US team schedules when needed
