Game Producer

Description

As a Game Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the full lifecycle of our slot games—from early concept through to final QA sign‑off. Working alongside game designers, artists, engineers, sound designers, and project managers, you will champion the game vision, maintain alignment across teams, and ensure every title reaches its full creative and commercial potential. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and an enthusiasm for slot games. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Game Design team to understand and refine the creative and functional vision for each game
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Game Specifications, help documentation, mood boards, asset lists design briefs, and marketing materials
  • Guide cross‑functional teams throughout development to ensure all elements—art, mechanics, sound, and logic—align with the intended game vision
  • Oversee the game from early concept through production, integration, testing, and final QA sign‑off
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment at key milestones and secure timely sign‑offs
  • Contribute creative ideas to optimise visual identity, gameplay mechanics, and player engagement
  • Collaborate daily with Project Management, Art, Sound, Engineering, and QA departments
  • Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently, resolving issues that may impact quality or timelines
Requirements
  • Experience in Retail Slots or iGaming
  • Strong understanding of game development processes and end‑to‑end production
  • Hands‑on experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence & Jira)
  • Genuine passion for slot games and player‑centric design
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary creative and technical teams
  • Familiarity with slot game maths, game logic, or feature design
  • Understanding of production workflows in gaming or entertainment
  • Ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders and internal teams
