Description

This role contributes to the planning, design, development, and support of Oracle ERP applications across Financials modules. You will translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications that align with enterprise architecture and solution design principles. You will perform application setups across Oracle EBS modules and ensure environments are configured to support operational needs. You will conduct data validation, cleansing, and auditing activities to maintain system data quality and integrity. You will work with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver well-designed, accurate, and user-friendly reporting solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and optimize system designs. You will partner with the Oracle Business Solutions team to standardize and unify system design practices, ensuring adherence to organization design and documentation standards. You will maintain documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. You will provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot system issues. You will stay current with Oracle AIM methodology, configuration and change-management processes, and project management best practices.

Responsibilities
  • 5 – 12 years of experience and contribute to the planning, design, development, and support of Oracle ERP applications across Financials modules

  • Conduct data validation, cleansing, and auditing activities to maintain system data quality and integrity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and optimize system designs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP R11/R12 (Financials & CRM).
  • Hands-on expertise with SLA, Loans, iReceivables.
  • Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Payments, AME, and SLA.
  • Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and strong coordination skills, able to work independently with technical, functional, and business teams.
  • Willing to support extended or off-hours activities when required.
  • Familiarity with Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies.
