We have an exciting opportunity for a Release Manager to join the Light and Wonder Spark team! In this role, you’ll lead and manage 100+ game releases across 20+ jurisdictions, collaborating closely with both technical and non-technical teams. This role requires a strong communicator adept at managing diverse stakeholders and capable of driving game releases to successful delivery within challenging timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the design and implementation of automation and AI-assisted workflows to enhance release readiness, streamline ticket creation, synchronize roadmaps across platforms, and automate configuration tasks improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across all game releases.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to manage game submissions on time and track the game certification process, ensure timely completion or escalate risks or issues.
  • Collaborate with GLI as needed to address game certification timelines or facilitate the expediting of games.
  • Verify all checkpoints and milestones for game readiness, ensuring all deliverables meet internal and external quality standards prior to release.
  • Prepare game release documentation and ensure all required assets are available for operators to consume.
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks or issues that may impact target launch dates, proactively resolving roadblocks to maintain schedules.
  • Maintain and update Monday.com roadmaps and other tracking tools, ensuring complete transparency and alignment on release timelines across teams.
  • Own and manage tools used for setting enablement dates for games, ensuring accurate and consistent scheduling processes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of any post-launch issues reported, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and driving corrective actions.
  • Conduct retrospectives when critical issues arise to capture learnings and implement necessary improvements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between for game releases, ensuring effective communication of deadlines, risks, and project status updates.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with the various stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to drive and execute improvements to the process and tooling used to manage game releases.
  • Document the step-by-step process to release games across each jurisdiction and ensure ownership, transparency and traceability.
Requirements
  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Effective stakeholder management, demonstrating the ability to manage expectations and foster trust with diverse teams.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and propose innovative solutions.
  • Experience working in a regulated online environment, with a clear understanding of certification and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of the gambling industry, particularly within the Casino sector.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, confluence and Monday.com.
